Bank of India raised Capital of Rs. 660.80 Crores Through Employee Share Purchase Scheme (ESPS)

Jaipur, March 12, 2019 : This is to inform that Bank of India has raised fresh equity capital of Rs.  660.80 Crore through issue of 6,25,52,188 shares of Rs. 10/- each to eligible employees under Bank of India – Employee Share Purchase Scheme (BOI-ESPS).  Bank offered a discount of 24.28% on the applicable price to the employees and about 94.70% of total employees participated in the BOI-ESPS Scheme. The shares will be under lock for one year in terms of applicable Regulation of SEBI.
