Jaipur, 14 March, 2019: Helo, India’s leading regional social media app, unveiled the record-breaking results for `Helo Superstar’, its’ first category-centric creation campaign which ran throughout the month of February 2019.
Garnering over 6.5 billion impressions, the campaign showcased Helo not just as an app connecting real desis nationwide but also a platform helping them to bring forth their creative side and showcasing it to the world at large.
“The huge success of Helo Superstar campaign is another example of how we at Helo keep our users constantly engaged in topics which are relevant to them and their community,” said Shyamanga Barooah, Content Operations Head, Helo. “We are looking forward to engaging more users nationwide with campaigns that encourage them to create and share content in the language they are most comfortable with.”
Under the Helo Superstar campaign users participated and created posts from 11 categories, with Funny, My Life, Shayari, Entertainment and Sports being top five categories that have engaged users. Out of all the 14 languages Helo is available in, the top five languages for this campaign include Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu and Marathi.
Out of all the users who participated in this campaign, 100 winners were selected from all categories based on numbers of likes and quality of posts.
